Before any title was conferred, before any platform was granted, and before any measure of leadership was entrusted to my hands, the greatest decision of my life—second only to surrendering my life to Jesus Christ—was marrying my beloved wife, Evangelist Roslyn L. Waddell. For 38 years, our union has not only endured but flourished as a living testimony of God’s sustaining grace. Our marriage remains a continual source of strength, balance, and blessing, and I thank God for “Roz,” whose faithful presence has helped shape both my life and ministry.
As I present this resume, I do so with a settled conviction: whatever I have accomplished is not the result of personal merit alone, but the unmistakable favor of God at work in my life. I am a true recipient of the favor of God. James 1:17 reminds us that “every good and perfect gift is from above,” while Psalm 90:17 declares that it is God who establishes the work of our hands. Every opportunity, every assignment, and every achievement stands as evidence of His grace.
Therefore, what follows is more than a record of service—it is a testimony of God’s faithfulness. To Him alone belongs all glory, honor, and praise. To God Be the Glory.
